The Restaurant at Tante Marie brings a unique and fresh dining experience to life. Our award-winning restaurant is situated within the Tante Marie Culinary Academy – one of the world’s leading cookery schools and The Restaurant at Tante Marie is staffed by graduates of the Academy’s acclaimed Cordon Bleu Diploma course. Whilst working at The Restaurant in Woking, in the heart of Surrey, the graduates will be taking their training to the next level by studying for a Hospitality Management qualification through a workplace based programme.

In order to focus on providing a better overall service to our customers, we are no longer serving brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The Restaurant at Tante Marie is closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays

Under the guidance of Head Chef Sue-Lee Jones and Restaurant Operations Manager Marco Di Michele, the staff are all graduates of Tante Marie Culinary Academy’s Cordon Bleu Diploma, who are now studying for a Level 5 Hospitality Management Diploma, through an experience based training programme.

Tante Marie Culinary Academy is located just above The Restaurant but in order to give you a taster of what we do, we’ve brought a little bit of it into The Restaurant. At Tante Marie Live we offer daytime, evening and weekend cookery courses to the public, all taught by our team of professional teaching staff from upstairs in the Academy!
